Colour: golden yellow with amber reflections

Perfume: An inebrianting perfume, candied apple and dried apricot are the masters, alternating with fresher notes of pineapple. Then cotton candy to descend on fascinating notes of sweet spices.

Flavour: It is aromatic also sweet on the palate, soft, warm and silky enveloping. Pleasant fresh notes also return to the mouth which entice you to taste again.

Serving temperature: 12-13°C

Food matches: Perfect with dry biscuits made with almonds, walnuts and pine nuts perfumed with the traminer. Try it at the end of a meal with dehydrated apricots and blue cheese.

Vinification and aging: The grapes harvested in late November, selected on the basis of the "noble rot" formed (completely moldy bunches are discarded). Then cold maceration of the crushed grapes in a press at 8-10 ° C for 3 hours.
