Flavour: Pieno, pulito e armonico, con piacevole e decisa nota fruttata e acidula.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

excellent as aperitif and to be enjoyed throughout the meal, it is ideal with delicate risottos and fish-based dishes

Vinification and aging:
Le uve raccolte a mano e selezionate su tavolo di cernita, vengono messe in cella frigo dove stazionano per 24 ore a 10°C. Poi messe in pressa intere alla temperatura di 10°C vengono pressato con una resa di mosto fiore del 48%.
