The vineyards of Tenuta di Frassineto see the cultivation of 18 hectares of white berried grapes (Vermentino, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Traminer and Semillon) and 12 hectares of red berried grapes (Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot).

The decision to plant these varieties occurred after years of careful study of the soil and climatic characteristics of the territory. The vineyards are located at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level and they have planted their roots in a silt-clayey soil with the presence of a fairly important skeleton.
